Numbers are given out 1 hour before the start of the sale on first day. We consider an item sold if you or your child breaks it. We do not allow strollers or pets in the house.

We price on the colored dot system. Red = 25 cents; Orange = 50 cents; Blue = $1.00; Green = $2.00; Yellow = $3.00; Pink = $5.00. Items over $5.00 are priced individually. Once the item is brought to the cashier station, we consider it sold! If you are buying something heavy or large, you need to arrange the muscle to move it out of the house. Emerald $ales staff cannot assist with moving of any items.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Merchandise is sold AS IS. No refunds are given. Emerald $ales accepts cash. Personal check is accepted for purchases over $25 with 2 forms of proper identification.
