This home was built in 1939 and is loaded. On the outside there is a lot of landscaping. Boxwoods, Rose Bushes, Day Lillie’s, Flagstone and Retaining Wall Blocks. On the inside the Oak Flooring, Less than a year old SS Kitchen Appliances, Furnace, Power Vented Hot Water Heater and a lot more. All purchases have to be removed by 5:00 pm Sunday the 22nd, the house is coming down on the 23rd or 24th.

Saturday

Selling starts at 9:00 am till 3:00 pm.

Early Bird sign-up starts at 8:00 am, after sign-in you can go in and look around.

Saturday is first come first served of off the sign-in sheet. 

Sunday

10:00 am till 2:00 pm

After this weekend of the Open House Sale, the Sale gets move to our Appointment Sale, so if your are still interested in any item(s) you can still purchase it. The Appointment Sale goes on until the house is demoed or all items are sold.
