Shopper Terms & Conditions:
We operate with strict terms and conditions at every Blue Moon Estate sale to protect our clients and our shoppers. By entering one of our sales, you agree to the terms and conditions below. These are non-negotiable and will be enforced. If you breach these terms and conditions, you will be asked to leave the property. If you do not agree to these terms & conditions, please do not enter our sale. Thank you for your understanding.
1. All sales are FINAL and AS IS. Sorry, NO RETURNS. Blue Moon Estate Sales is not responsible for, and nor can we vouch for, the descriptions, condition, working order or authenticity of items sold. This is an estate sale, and all items are used and without any guarantee or warranty. We will tell you about the items to the best of our knowledge but cannot guarantee the accuracy. It is always your responsibility to make sure the items you buy meet your expectations before you purchase. If you are unsure, please do not purchase as you will be unable to return it.
2. You are responsible for any breakages or damage to estate items or property caused by you or those you are responsible for. If you break it, you must pay for it. This includes any damage to the property when larger purchases are being moved out.
3. No large bags or large purses allowed.
4. Blue Moon Estate Sales does not provide movers, nor do we assist in dismantling or moving items. Please bring your own help. Large items may have to be removed after the sale at our discretion. We can recommend a delivery/moving service upon request.
5. Prices are not negotiable the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.
6. No food or drink is permitted in the house.
7. No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes yards and driveways.
8. No pets are permitted in the property. You are responsible for your pets and any harm that comes to them or harm that they cause others.
9. You are responsible for your own packing and packing materials. Blue Moon Estate Sales does not always have packing materials available nor the staff available to assist with packing.
10. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit cards. Sorry, we do not accept checks.
11. We reserve the right to limit the number of customers within the house for their protection and that of our client’s property, but rest assured everyone will get a turn.
12. PLEASE park responsibly and be considerate of the neighbors and the rules of the suburb. Please do not block the driveway or sidewalks. Please do not park on the grass.
13. We never provide pricing or information on individual items prior to a sale, so please do not call or message us with questions. We do not have the resources to respond to all the inquiries and are often pricing up until the sale starts. All the information needed will be provided during the sale.
14. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. You are then obligated to purchase that item. Do not hoard items that you may not purchase. You have taken them out of the sale and could cause an item to miss a sale if you decide not to buy.
15. We put out a sign-up sheet. (Approx. 1 hour prior to opening the sale).
