Babe's Estate Sales, in conjunction with Smith & Joan’s is thrilled to present this lovely Evanston sale which is filled with art,  furniture, collectibles, bone China, Vintage Christmas Ornaments and way more. 

 

 

 Once again we will be preselling items from this home and this date will be announced shortly.  Why wait in line when you can shop online? How do you shop online you ask?  You text to 312-320-9769,  you will screen scrape the photo of the item you want and text it to this number provided and give us your offer.  You can also ask to see how much the item is and we will happily share that info with you, there are lots of items and we may not recall pricing info initially.  Also note,  we are only selling items with a dollar amount greater than $100 or combination of items. If we agree on price you will paypal us and pickup when we are at the house for pickup or during the sale.
