This is a condo building where the elevator will be used to access the unit. We will definitely be limiting the number of people entering the condo due to tight space constraints and safety.

Payments accepted are Cash, Venmo or Zelle. If paying by Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard or Discover; we will NOT ACCEPT American Express), the minimum charge must be $25 and you will incur an additional 5% transaction fee on your total purchase.

There is no staff available to assist in moving heavy furniture or objects. Please bring the tools and helpers necessary to safely remove your purchases from the site. Items must be picked up by end of sale or arrangements must be made at a later date.

Framed film-theater posters, approx 400 movie DVDs, approx 200 CDs, 70 VHS tapes, vintage albums new books, old books, some first editions. Original, signed artwork, photographs and prints.
