Please bring your own movers and moving equipment (dolly, blankets, tape, etc) for your heavy purchases.
Except for Buy it Now items we do not give out sales prices before the sale. In most of our sales we offer the furniture as "But it now". We are always open to offers on merchandise. Once you have been informed that your offer on the merchandise has been accepted we will invoice you on our secure register system by email. You must pay this invoice immediately. We do not hold items. If you do not pay the invoice immediately, the merchandise could be sold to another customer.
Sheridan II honors a single WATCHED list. Numbers are given out 30 minutes prior to the sale start each day. You must be present to receive a number.
Sometimes merchandise is removed from a sale by the clients after they appear in the photographs. We try our best to avoid this situation, but it does happen.

Sheridan Estate Sales II is in Evanston!
40 OFF SUNDAY!
Sheridan Estate Sales II, the best estate sale company ever, is back in Evanston. Why are we the best? Well we were awarded the 2019 Best Liquidator of Wilmette. Plus the City of Highland Park chose Sheridan Estate Sales II to conduct their sale of City assets (a High Honor). Also we are members of the Winnetka/Northfield Chamber of Commerce, in addition to the elite American Society of Estate Liquidators (ASEL).
This is only a two day sale, Friday and Sunday. If you show up on Saturday we will not be there to greet you. A nice row house sale in a nice two bedroom home. Danish furniture and a MCM dining room table and chairs, great finds.
FRIDAY / SATURDAY Update; Broomhilda has found a new home! A great sell through on Friday. We are not working Saturday, so it's up to Sunday to finish this sale off.
