- This is a cash and carry sale.
- Doors open at 2 p.m. Friday, June 16, and at 9 a.m. on Saturday, June 17. No early birds, please!
- We will not be issuing numbers but may limit entry to ensure a safe shopping experience for everyone. Please be patient.
- You will be entering the premises at your own risk; the seller is not responsible for any accidents on the premises.
- Larger items must be paid for up front and then picked up after 2 p.m. and before 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 17, unless you make other arrangements with sellers.
- NO HELP IS AVAILABLE FOR LIFTING OR MOVING. Note that some doorways are narrow and there are steps to the loft and lower level.
- All sales are final; it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all items before purchase. All items were previously owned and are sold "as is." No returns or refunds.
- If you are sick or coughing, please skip this sale for everyone's safety.
- This is a family sale and some items may be claimed by family prior to the sale. We will do our best to keep photos up to date with available items.
