1) BRING BOXES AND PACKING MATERIAL, WE DO NOT PROVIDE THEM-
2) PLEASE bring assistance and proper equipment (Dolly, tow straps etc) to move large items. We will help with manageable items when we can.
3) The Brass Alligator is not responsible for accidents on the property. Please use caution and be careful.
4) PAYMENT TERMS:
-We accept cash and check. Checks must be given with a valid driver's license or state ID and current telephone number.
