Except for Buy it Now items we do not give out sales prices before the sale. In most of our sales we offer the furniture as "But it now". We are always open to offers on merchandise. Once you have been informed that your offer on the merchandise has been accepted we will invoice you on our secure register system by email. You must pay this invoice immediately. We do not hold items. If you do not pay the invoice immediately, the merchandise could be sold to another customer.
Sheridan II honors a single WATCHED list. Numbers are given out 30 minutes prior to the sale start each day. You must be present to receive a number.
Sometimes merchandise is removed from a sale by the clients after they appear in the photographs. Check back frequently to see updated pictures.

Sheridan Estate Sales II, the best estate sale company ever, is back in Glencoe. Why are we the best? Well we were awarded the 2019 Best Liquidator of Wilmette. Plus the City of Highland Park chose Sheridan Estate Sales II to conduct their sale of City assets (a High Honor). Also we are now members of the Winnetka/Northfield Chamber of Commerce.
If you are looking for that special holiday gift we have the sale for you. GREAT artwork in a glorious 1938 classic brick colonial. Another large footprint high end home which we are known for. Not to be missed as this is a best of the best sale this weekend.
