Please bring your own movers and moving equipment (dolly, blankets, tape, etc) for your heavy purchases.
We do not give out merchandise prices before the sale. We are just that busy. In most of our sales we offer the furniture as "But it now". We are always open to offers on merchandise. Once you have been informed that your offer on the merchandise has been accepted we will invoice you on our secure register system by email. You must pay this invoice immediately. We do not hold items. If you do not pay the invoice immediately, the merchandise could be sold to another customer.
Sheridan II honors a single WATCHED list. Numbers are given out 30 minutes prior to the sale start each day. You must be present to receive a number.
Sometimes merchandise is removed from a sale by the clients after they appear in the photographs. We try our best to avoid this situation, but it does happen. Check back frequently to see the updated pictures.
If you are caught by our security cameras removing items without paying for them the footage will be given to the local police authority. Charges will be brought up against you. Our cameras are sharp and excellent at recording! You will be banned from future sales.

Sheridan Estate Sales II, the best estate sale company ever, is back in Glencoe. We specialize in conducting Three day estate sales in High End homes with large footprints located around Sheridan Road, but we do conduct sales in most North Shore communities. We were awarded the 2019 Best Liquidator of Wilmette. Plus the City of Highland Park chose Sheridan Estate Sales II, from among more than 300 other companies, to conduct a sale of their City assets. We are members of the Wilmette/Kenilworth and Winnetka/Northfield Chambers of Commerce, in addition to the elite American Society of Estate Liquidators (ASEL).
This week we are in a Glencoe mansion. Four stories of merchandise. Located just off of Sheridan road it is yet another example of the high end homes we are known to conduct sales for. Masks will be required at this sale. We are also limiting the amount of customers allowed in the house at one time.

Pre Sales
Sheridan Estate Sales II always pre sells furniture. We also pre sell items with a value more than $200. Why wait to buy that special item? We do not respond to price inquiries on items less than $200. We are just that busy, we love to sell! We generally do not respond to phone calls, texts or emails during sales hours.
