Please bring your own movers and moving equipment (dolly, blankets, tape, etc) for your heavy purchases.
We do not give out merchandise prices before the sale. We are just that busy. In most of our sales we offer the furniture as "But it now". We are always open to offers on merchandise. Once you have been informed that your offer on the merchandise has been accepted we will invoice you on our secure register system by email. You must pay this invoice immediately. We do not hold items. If you do not pay the invoice immediately, the merchandise could be sold to another customer.
Sheridan II honors a single WATCHED list. Numbers are given out 30 minutes prior to the sale start each day. You must be present to receive a number.
Sometimes merchandise is removed from a sale by the clients after they appear in the photographs. We try our best to avoid this situation, but it does happen. Check back frequently to see the updated pictures.
If you are caught by our security cameras removing items without paying for them the footage will be given to the local police authority. Charges will be brought up against you. Our cameras are sharp and excellent at recording! You will be banned from future sales.

We specialize in conducting Three day estate sales in High End homes with large footprints located around Sheridan Road, but we do conduct sales in most North Shore communities. Plus the City of Highland Park chose Sheridan Estate Sales II, from among more than 300 other companies, to conduct a sale of their City assets. Sheridan II has also been awarded with the 2021 and 2019 Best Estate Sale Liquidator Awards for Wilmette. We are members of the Wilmette/Kenilworth and Winnetka/Northfield/Glencoe Chambers of Commerce, in addition to the elite American Society of Estate Liquidators (ASEL).

We are in a quad level home this week. We are limiting 10 people at a time in the house. We are limiting customers to 1 at a time in the jewelry room. The sale has exploded to Sale of the Week status. The home is full of items you will not find anywhere else this week. A pleasant surprise for you.
FRIDAY UPDATE - We had a line for most of the day. Thank you everyone that waited out in that heat. This was our strongest Friday in 2021. There is still much more interesting pieces for sale. We hope to see you tomorrow. YES WE HAVE AIR CONDITIONING!
SATURDAY UPDATE - We had about an hour rain today, but then the sun came out. There is still an abundance of items at the home waiting for you. Our air conditioned house is waiting for you!
