We are not responsible for accidents. Numbers given out at 8:30 a.m. if needed. No posting of lists on the property. First person arriving on MORNING of sale may start a list with their own name and everyone must put their OWN NAME on it - keep the list honest. PLEASE NOTE: If sales are packed, we reserve the right to limit the amount of people in the house at one time. This is for safety & security our client's home, property and possessions for which we are responsible. Those who violate that security will be asked to leave. AN OUTSTANDING HIGH END GLENVIEW SALE!
We are pleased to present this lovely sale in Glenview with a bit of something for everyone. We have beautiful furnishings including camelback sofa and wing back chair by Sherrill, lovely tuxedo style sofabed along with matching loveseat, many occasional tables, bookcases, beautiful secretary, several armoires, one a three piece with side bookcases (can be separated), dinette table with pressback chairs. We also have a lovely Stanley bedroom set with full size canopy bed, dresser w/mirror and nightstand. The attic also holds some treasures that you can hunt for (watch your head, please!) This sale also features an amazing ebony Baldwin grand piano!! There are several TVs, antique console Philco radio, a few other antiques, lots of practical items, china, kitchen items, art of all types, decor items, some clothing and shoes, purses, costume jewelry. We have some children's items and costumes. The basement is packed with all sorts of items.....decor, holiday, books, CDs, DVDs, office supplies, entertaining pieces.....we have Wedgewood, Lefton, Frankoma, California pottery, Stangl, Macomb Pottery crock, so much more. There are some tools, workbenches, outdoor patio set with umbrella, matching chaise, outdoor wicker rockers, many nice large planters, Weber Performer grill, many garage items and more.
