Local Pickup & Shipping: All items are mailed, we do not offer pickup. We combine all of your purchases into one package and ship them in safest and most economical ways. We use USPS and UPS.

WHOLE AGREEMENT: Acceptance of these terms constitute a whole and legally binding agreement between the bidder and the auction company BIDLIT represented by TRISTAR CITY LLC.
PLACING A BID CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND IS A BINDING CONTRACT TO PURCHASE.
Note that acceptance of these terms is a requirement to bid in this auction, and that any bidder who chooses not to abide by these terms and conditions are disallowed from bidding. As acceptance of these terms and conditions all bidders agree that items are sold AS-IS and are not subject to a credit card dispute. If you have any questions regarding these terms, please do not bid in this auction.

* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. We Do Not have a return policy. Be sure you are comfortable with your bidding before you place your bids.
* Remember there are no returns.
* By placing a bid, bidders signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
*REGISTRATION / BIDDER REQUIREMENTS: Bidder will register for an auction in person with a valid government identification card that has a photo of the bidder or with a valid credit card that will be billed for online bidders to verify identity. Bidder will complete registration information in person or online and agree to the terms and conditions of the sale before placing a bid. Any questions, ask before bidding please.
* Applicable taxes. Illinois State Sales Tax will be charged at 6.25% to any buyer who does not hold a valid IL Tax Exemption Number that is on file with us here at TRISTAR CITY Auctions.
* Payment:
1. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree to allow us to charge the credit card on file if you are the winner upon close of the auction.
2.Local bidders may pay with a personal or cashier's check. You must contact the office prior to the close of the auction and indicate that you will pay with cash or check. You may also pick up your items or have them shipped.
3. Any purchases exceeding $1,000 may require wire transfer as payment, unless you are personally known by the owner/manager or have valid ID registered with us. Payment in full is expected and required before we will release the item to the buyer.
All purchases above $2000 payment needs to be by Bank Cashier's Check ONLY or bank Transfer /$35 additional fee required for each bank transfer/.
* Buyer's Premium of 18% will be added to all successfully bidded lots. No Exceptions!! A 3% Discount will be applied for those paying by check or cash.
* INVOICE PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS & TYPES ACCEPTED: Cash, Check, and Credit or Debit Cards due at close of auction or immediately upon invoice. Back charges or bad checks will be charged to the buyer and may result in being a banned bidder.
* Shipping:
S1. Buyers are to pay all shipping charges. Shipping will be added to the total cost of the item(s) (hammer price + buyer's premium + sales tax (if applicable). There will be a minimum $5 handling fee for all shipping invoices. Packaging charges depends on the size of the item/s, starting from $5 for small items. We offer in house shipping for bigger items as well. We will send you a quote after the end of the auction if you choose to use our services. You are free to use a third party shipper of your choice.
S2. Large, extremely fragile, freight shipping
Buyer has three (3) business days to contact the office (224-391-6656) with shipping arrangements. All exceptionally large, fragile, or irregularly shaped items will be packaged through UPS Packing and shipped via UPS. Furniture, large signs, or extra large pieces may require freight (anything over 110lbs packaged). Uship.com is a reliable shipping option for large pieces (i.e. furniture), we also offer in house freight shipping.
S3. We offer in-house shipping for coins, jewelry, and rugs ( weighing under 70lbs). All other items will be taken to the UPS Store for shipping. These items will be sent via USPS
S4. Non-Payment for Shipping
If the buyer refuses or does not wish to pay for shipping or will not pick up the winning items, TRISTAR CITY Auction will not, for any reason, refund the Buyer. All items must be picked up within 7 days after the auction closes. After that $10 daily fee will be accumulated. All items not picked up from our warehouse within 14 days will be sold for storage fee and you will forfeit your items.
S5. International buyers are responsible for any and all customs fees in addition to shipping charges.
* A Local Court will be used for resolution of disputes.
* Absentee Bids are treated as if you are sitting here at any of our live auctions and need to be placed up until the day before the closing of the sale. Bids are Executed Competitively.
* For internet-only auctions We Reserve The Right to Cancel And/Or Reopen the auction in case of any system failure.
