Sale will be on site Friday, September 4 and Saturday, September 5 9am-3pm. Serious buyers only! Address will be released the day prior to sale. only 10 people will be allowed in at a time. MUST WEAR MASK and be respectful of social distancing and aware the homeowners are still living there. Please leave children at home. Not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Sorry, no delivery. Must be prepared to move all items on your own. Many are big and heavy! Bring tools, helpers and appropriate vehicles. All items sold as is and all sales are final. Cash and carry unless other arrangements are made at time of sale. **arrangements for a later pick up date for bedroom sets only must be made with 25% non refundable downpayment made on day of sale** Full list of items will be distributed upon arrival.
