Sheridan II only posts enough pictures and a list to give you a flavor of our sale. We believe in the hunt!
Except for Buy it Now items we do not give out sales prices before the sale. In most of our sales we offer the furniture as "But it now". We are always open to offers on merchandise. Once you have been informed that your offer on the merchandise has been accepted we will invoice you on our secure register system by email. You must pay this invoice immediately. We do not hold items. If you do not pay the invoice immediately, the merchandise could be sold to another customer.
Sheridan II honors a single WATCHED list. Numbers are given out 30 minutes prior to the sale start each day. You must be present to receive a number.

Sheridan Estate Sales II, the best estate sales company ever, is back in Green Oaks. Another great large footprint two story home which is what we are known for. If things get to hot inside there is a wonderfully cool pool out back! Sheridan is restricting any children from the back yard for safety purposes. We look forward to seeing you there.

We have started the pictures with outside merchandise. It’s the perfect time of year for taking advantage of what is here.
Friday Update: All of our directional signs went missing today after someone took a liking to them. As you can imagine we were not overjoyed. We are very blessed that customers notified us of this event and we dispersed other signs to replace them. Ah well. We hope to see everyone tomorrow.
Saturday Update: Right back on track. We had a great sell through today. There are some items left, so help us get another sell out on Sunday!
