All sales are final. Examine items carefully before purchasing! We reserve the right to check large purses or bags at the cashier station and to charge correct pricing on items which have removed, changed or altered price stickers. Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express accepted, totals over $10 appreciated. Brie’s does not charge you fees to use debit or credit cards!

Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away.

We use an automated line manager system to determine the entry order into the home. Signup is at BRIESLINE.COM or here on this ad just below the sale dates. Launch is at 5:00 PM the day before each sale day. You must have an account with EstateSales.net in order to sign up for a number. Please save the email you receive with your number after you sign up as we may ask to see it.

There are no paper sign-up lists. Sign up for a place in line at this sale at BriesLine.com or here on this ad just below the sale dates. The signups for ALL SALES launch at 5:00 PM the day before each sale day. If you do not sign up for a virtual number ahead of time and there are people waiting to enter the home, you will need to sign up for a number on site.

We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 25 at one time. There will be NO bathrooms available for public use.

This 2,300 square foot 4-bedroom single-family home built in 1989 features transitional and country style furniture, home and holiday decor, clothing and costume jewelry, tools, outdoor furniture and more. The man of the house was a home improvement contractor for decades so there are many related items for sale. The family is moving on and not taking much with them so everything must go!
