We want this to be enjoyable for all. Doors open at 9am (sorry, no early entry). Should a large group be waiting at 9, Cardinal reserves the right to allow a limited number of folks in at once. It will be first come, first in. Please do not line up before 8:45am. Please respect the property, contents and folks working the estate sale. We reserve the right to ask/refuse service to patrons. Please leave backpacks, bags or oversized purses in the car. Some areas of the estate may be narrow and could easily knock something or someone down. By attending/entering the estate sale you agree that you will be careful and mindful of any minors you bring. Any accidents that occur to yourself or a minor in your care while on the property are your responsibility. Cardinal Estate Sales or the property owners will not be responsible for damages or personal injury. If you plan on buying large items, please bring help to move. Cardinal Estates can not help load items into your vehicle. Large items will need to be picked up by noon of the last day of the sale. We accept cash as well as visa or master card with a charge minimum of $25.00. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! Please inspect your items, we will not offer refunds or exchanges. Announcements day of the sale will take precedent over pre printed information. Be Safe and Have fun!! We want everyone to enjoy themselves while looking for their potential treasures.
