No early entry or presales are permitted. Doors will open at 9:00 am.
We will provide a numbered sign up sheet that will be available at 5:00 pm the night before the sale date. However, the 1st person on the list must stay with the list at all times, to insure no foul play by a 3rd Party.
Please be respectful of the property, their neighbors, our staff and other shoppers.
We reserve the right to limit entry, refuse service or remove individuals who are disruptive.
Accepted payment methods are cash, Apple Pay, debit cards, credit cards.
All items are sold "as is." It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect items before purchase.
All sales are final. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for bringing their own help, tools and transportation to load and remove items.
3 Beards and a Beauty Estate Sales is not responsible for loading, carrying or delivering purchases.
All purchased items must be removed from the premises by the end of the sale, unless special arrangements have been made.
