· We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards but we charge a 3% service fee for all Credit & Debt Cards.

· We do not accept Checks.

· Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.

· We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

· All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.

· Sale Hours:

Thursday 12pm to 4pm

Friday & Saturday 9am to 4pm.

· A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.

· Numbers are given out at 11am Thursday and at 9am Friday & Saturday; you must be present to receive one.

· Thursday & Friday Full Price

· Saturday 30% Off Most Items till 12 noon. 50% Off Most Items Till Closing

· This is a Private Sale and we do reserve the right to denying entry to the sale at our discretion.

· Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

Directions for our estate sale in Highland Park

this weekend:

From Park Avenue West & US41 Skokie Valley Road in Highland Park, IL.

Take Park Avenue West west to Hybernia Drive.

Turn right (north) on Hybernia Drive and follow it as it bends and turns to Wildrose Court.

Turn left (west) on Wildrose Court and look for parking the house is on the southwest side of the street.

Please pay attention to posted no parking signs.
