The owner of this beautiful Tudor home in a grand Highland Park neighborhood east of Green Bay Road has lived here for 43 years. Her husband was recently relocated to nursing care so she must sell their home and downsize. He was a sound engineer who worked with many famous musical artists and so there is a variety of electronic equipment throughout the house. Vintage and antique furniture is featured in every room along with lovely home decor. This house is packed!

When we were working on the setup last week, the homeowner mentioned that she had some Christmas items in the attic and was going to have a friend go up there and bring them down so they could be part of the sale. We arrived at the home Monday to finish the setup and were shocked to see the entire house filled with items that were brought out of the attic. In addition to the Christmas decor there is furniture, glassware, china and much more. We have been working nearly around the clock to organize it all.
