Sheridan II only posts enough pictures and a list to give you a flavor of our sale. We believe in the hunt!
Except for Buy it Now items we do not give out sales prices before the sale. In most of our sales we offer the furniture as "But it now". We are always open to offers on merchandise. Once you have been informed that your offer on the merchandise has been accepted we will invoice you on our secure register system by email. You must pay this invoice immediately. We do not hold items. If you do not pay the invoice immediately, the merchandise could be sold to another customer.
Sheridan II honors a single WATCHED list. Numbers are given out 30 minutes prior to the sale start each day. You must be present to receive a number.

Sheridan Estate Sales II, the best estate sale company ever, is in Highland Park. We are in a custom built two story home with cedar siding. We see cedar all the time inside closets in older homes, but this is the first time working in a home enclosed by it. This is the best estate sale in Highland Park this week.
Did you know that we are the preferred estate sale company for the City of Highland Park? Sheridan II is the only estate sale company hired by the City in 150 years. We are very proud of that. We also are the 2019 Wilmette best estate sale company!
This home will be a shoe free zone. You can wear blue booties or take your shoes off. Sheridan is not responsible for missing footwear. We have included a YouTube video on the Young Change with Kris Nicholson, you go with your piano fingers!
