Sheridan Estate Sales II accepts Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, and Mobile Pay with no minimum. Sheridan II does not guarantee the authenticity or working order of any piece of merchandise we sell. No refunds or exchanges. Everything is sold as is.

Please bring your own movers and moving equipment (dolly, blankets, tape, etc) for your heavy purchases.

Except for Buy it Now items we do not give out sales prices before the sale. In most of our sales we offer the furniture as "But it now". We are always open to offers on merchandise. Once you have been informed that your offer on the merchandise has been accepted we will invoice you on our secure register system by email. You must pay this invoice immediately. We do not hold items. If you do not pay the invoice immediately, the merchandise could be sold to another customer.

Sheridan II honors a single WATCHED list. Numbers are given out 30 minutes prior to the sale start each day. You must be present to receive a number.

Sometimes merchandise is removed from a sale by the clients after they appear in the photographs. We try our best to avoid this situation, but it does happen.

Sheridan Estate Sales II, the best estate sale company ever, is back in Highland Park.  We specialize in conducting Three day estate sales in High End homes with large footprints located around Sheridan Road, but we do conduct sales in most North Shore communities. We were awarded the 2019 Best Liquidator of Wilmette.  Plus the City of Highland Park chose Sheridan Estate Sales II , among more than 300 other companies, to conduct a sale of their City assets.  We are members of the Winnetka/Northfield Chamber of Commerce, in addition to the elite American Society of Estate Liquidators (ASEL).  Remember that we love to sell, it's the only way we make money.

Looking for that spectacular 5,500+ sqft home EAST of Sheridan Road in Highland Park?  Let's present this weeks home.  It has been nominated the "Sale Of The Week".  Unlike the other sale in Highland Park we will not charge you an additional 3% on anything you purchase.  Also we will allow you to bring in personal items, like the clothes you are wearing, to attend our sale.  You will need to wear a mask, use blue booties, and we will have a limited amount of customers in the house.  Sheridan Estate Sales II is not responsible for lost or missing footwear.

FRIDAY UPDATE - Ah that bicycle!  It was a fast seller as we though it would be.  Plenty left for those looking for a great deal.
