*Absolutely no prices will be given out over the phone, via email or text there are far too many items in this sale you have to see it to believe it.
*Appointments must be made on line, under the sale description is the link, its simple and easy. Absolutely no appointments will be made over the phone or by text for this sale. You will receive your appointment time as soon as the sale is set up so we can extend our days of sale if possible.
*Payments via credit cards accepted but CASH IS KING.
*No returns, exchanges or refunds. ALL SALES FINAL.
*Large pieces of furniture WILL not be carried by Paxem Employees.
*Please DO NOT PARK IN CIRCLE, Vehicles must be on street not blocking any driveways. Pickups welcome in driveway only.
