PRE-SALES: We are offering pre-sales with a 20% early access markup on Thursday, March 10
ENTRANCE: The sign-up sheet will be out by 8 am on Friday, March 11 and 8:30 on Saturday, March 12
PRICING: EVERYTHING IS HALF OFF DURING THE FINAL TWO HOURS OF THE SALE
PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Credit Cards. A 3% convenience fee applies for in-person Credit Card purchases or 3.5% for over-the-phone purchases.
ALL SALES FINAL: All items sold as-is. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
FURNITURE DELIVERY: We can coordinate furniture deliveries with Ramirez Movers on Monday, March 14. Item and address will determine delivery fee.
BRING LOADING HELP: Sale Patrons are responsible to more their own items, large and small, and will be held liable for any damages to the property caused by moving their purchases.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Nest Estate Sales nor the homeowner hosting the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Masks are required by all buyers during pickups. We are not liable for reactions to allergens or Covid-19 transmission and infections. Visit the property at your own discretion. We are not responsible for parking tickets. Please be respectful of neighbors, be careful and have fun!

Other highlights include custom-made, one-of-a-kind furniture including a stunning vellum-top dining table with brass trim and a King bedframe. Crystal, table linens, serving pieces, shoes, handbags, clothing and first edition books round out the mix! New photos will be added through the week of the sale!
