Paxem may change our estate sale dates due to inclement weather. Please return to this site before attending our sales during the winter months.
Prices can not be shared over the phone, please come to the sale.
*If you feel sick, please stay home and shop online.
*Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
*No public restrooms.
*No large purses or bags.
*No beverages.
*No prices will be offered over the phone, email, or by text.
*Payments via credit cards accepted but CASH IS preferred. A 2.5% charge will be added for all credit card transactions.
*No returns, exchanges or refunds. ALL SALES FINAL.
*Paxem employees are not able to help move furniture. Large pieces of furniture must be moved by a professional mover.
*Vehicles must be parked in designated guest parking areas.

Dress for the weather.
Paxem will be using a ‘watched list’ for the final sale day. First customer at the site starts the list and passes it around. The person who starts the list must hold onto it, and cannot leave it unattended. He/she should also text paxem a photo of it at the site so we know this is the only list. Paxem will call names off the list for entry into the sale.
