-Monogram Estate Sales uses Pickerty, an electronic sign-up sheet, to set the initial order of entry when the sale opens. Please copy and paste this link into your browser to reserve your spot in line.

NOTE: Don't be alarmed if you get a high entry number! Many buyers sign-up but then don't show-up. Your actual entry time on sale morning may be a lot quicker than you expect. Be sure to arrive at the sale close to starting time even if you have a high entry number.
-After sign-up, you will receive an email confirming your position in line. You will also receive an alert via email and text (if opted-in) alerting you
when it is your turn to enter the home.
-DO NOT START A LIST THE MORNING OF THE SALE OR POST A LIST ON THE PROPERTY. Use the QR code posted on the door to add your name to the online sign-up. Once we have admitted customers who signed up online using Pickerty, we will admit any walk-ins according to the order in which they arrived.
