We will have on site Ron's Home Repair available for hire. We are not responsible for any injuries you may incur during this adventure.

Ground Rules and Schedule

1. AN ITEM IS NOT SOLD UNTIL PAID FOR. All items MUST have an Official Lifetime of Living sticker showing paid. IGNORE ANY OTHER TYPE OF MARKING SHOWING AN ITEM IS PAID FOR.

2. 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Preview & Purchases: take your measurements, make your decisions and make your payment. We will accept Cash and Personal Checks on local banks. They will be cashed the same day. So...you may wish just to bring cash, there are lots of ATMS around and a deposit will hold your purchase while you drive to one quickly. If more than one person wants the same item (s) the person offering the higher amount will be the new owner.

8:30 a.m. - 9 a.m. For us to organize and get ready

3. 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. DemolitionMania Please be observant of others while working. If you decide to hire Ron to do the work for you he will be on site.

5. There will be no half price day on Saturday. There will be no reductions in the prices.

6. All items purchased must be removed by the end of Saturday. Larger projects can be continued during the week. All projects must be paid for before begun.

7. Any deliveries of items will be charged for. Any help hired to complete a project will be extra.

Available for Purchase:

Anything in or outside the home except the washer and dryer.

Examples:

One car garage, cement patio blocks, landscaping: trees, mature evergreens, hostas both solid and varigated type, ground cover of various types, stepping stones, small brick wall, plant containers and stands, patio table, windows, patio, storm, wood, and pocket doors, gas stove, refridgerator, upright freezer, dishwasher, lighting fixtures, kitchen cabinets & counter tops, laundry room cabinets, wood flooring, carpet, bathroom fixtures, electrical, plumbing, water heater, furnace, ...etc.
