ESTATE CLEAR-OUT/PICKER SALE

THIS SALE IS SOMETHING DIFFERENT & FUN!

It is a estate clear-out Picker/Tag Sale with only a few items tagged - organized in 6 rooms plus the garage. Bring your own container or grab a basket and shop. Our staff will be your helpers and when ready to check out, take it to the cashiers and they will negotiate a fair and reasonable price for your "bundle".  Items priced on tags are not included in the negotiation. We will be taking cash and charge over $50. No fuss, no frills, no discount days - just buy what you want!! Buyers are responsible for moving any and all furniture and/or loading all items.
