►We are not responsible for accidents or injuries during the sale.
►We do not provide pricing information prior to the sale.
►ALL SALES ARE FINAL so we ask that you inspect your purchases carefully, prior to purchase.
►We do hand out numbers for entrance, WHICH WILL BE OUT ONCE THE LISTING ADDRESS IS LIVE AT 9:00AM DAY BEFORE THE SALE, please take one per person. If for some reason the numbers are not out we will honor a list that is started.
►If purchasing furniture or other large items, buyer must bring their own help. Our staff can help move furniture but we are limited to the amount of people you may need. Items must be picked up before 3 pm on the last day of the sale.
►First Day FULL PRICE -SECOND 1/2 OFF
►We will sell higher priced items before the sale if there are serious inquiries, Only if items are over $100 or more.
