NOTICE:  Our apologies. The owners have withdrawn the mower and the old yellow paint commode.

Sale opens at 9 am on Fri and Sat.  We will place a signup list outside the garage at approximately 7 am.  Entry will be in order of names on the list.  This is a large home, so everyone should be able to enter at the beginning of the sale. 

Tagged price on Friday; 1/2 price on Saturday.  Offers considered Saturday afternoon.

The owner is moving into assisted living and must sell her remaining household items gathered from the last 50 years of living in Hudson.  She and her husband were well known antique furniture refinishers and were especially known for chair caning.  Thus, many of their projects, some competed, some not, will additionally be offered for sale. 

House:  Home is for sale.  This is a well maintained 1,344 sq ft ranch with full basement (total 2,688 square feet). Three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, larger 2 car garage.  Lots of hardwood floors.  Newer windows, roof, furnace, AC, water heater, automatic generator.  Washer, dryer and all kitchen appliances including refrig to stay.  Large yard - .31 acre.
