We will accept a watched list*. We go right off the list. We do not do the numbers thing. Be at the sale at 10 to insure your spot.
In fairness to all of our customers, and we do want to see all your faces, we do not offer pre-saleof any items or give pricing in advance and we will not give prices over the phone at any time even during the sale.
Please bring help to load large items. If Purchasing Furniture, Please bring your own tools, help lifting , moving it we will need it removed by end of sale.
All Sales are Final and all items are sold as is.
Please always be respectful to the neighboring homes and their owners by keeping their neighborhood safe.
We happily accept credit or debit over $100 and cash. No CHECKS.
