Sign-up Sheet will be available by the Lifestyle Transition sign and will be honored. Cash preferred. Credit Card accepted for purchases greater than $25. No Personal Checks. Everything will be Sold "As Is" "Where Is" and All Sales are Final so please inspect your items carefully. Bring along "help" as Buyer is responsible for moving and transporting items and all items must be removed by close of business on final day. Prices will not be discussed prior to sale except for items designated available for "Presale". Pictures shown are representative and items may be removed at owner's discretion. We and the home owner are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please be respectful of neighboring properties and do not block driveways, mailboxes or drive/park on lawns.
