Built in the 70's, this is a multi-level townhouse with a sunken living room and stairs up and down. We'll mark the stap downs, but know this isn't a good house if you are unbalanced or have trouble walking.

We have a six room house with 10 rooms of stuff! We're trying to set up and stage, but this will be a great sale if you like to dig and bargain. Time constraints mean we won't be pricing many items so be prepared to make offers.
