TAX: This is an estate sale conducted in Illinois, Owned by one family, and no tax is required to be charged.
MOVING: WE DO NOT Move your items nor do we provide moving supplies. Please bring your own help when purchasing all items.
LIABILITY WAIVER: The estate nor the party handling the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. PARKING: Please park on one side of the road only, do not park in the driveway or on the grass, areas with no curbs please do not park too close to the grassy area, RESPECT ONE ANOTHER WHEN PARKING.
