*We will be handing out numbers starting at 8:30am -sale starts at 9:00am. If your number is called, and you are not present, you will be at the end. Limited number of 20 people will be let in at one time. The majority of the items are in the basement and garage. It will require walking up and down 13 steps of stairs. There is a railing.

*CASH & VENMO ONLY - NO VENMO SALES OVER $500 ~ All items are sold AS IS and have no warranties. All sales are final. Items taped with green/blue tape are NFS Not For Sale. Examine items carefully before purchasing! We reserve the right to charge correct pricing on items which have removed, changed or altered price stickers. No negotiating prices. Enter the sale at your own risk! Homeowners hosting this event are not responsible for illnesses, accidents, injuries, allergic reactions or sensitivities of any kind. There will be NO bathrooms available for public use.

*PLEASE NOTE: There is NO parking on Eastway Dr. You will be ticketed. Please park on the side streets.

*There will be no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away.
