We are following, as practically as possible, the retail guidelines outlined in Phase 4 of the Restore Illinois Plan. Please note the following:
1. If you are feeling unwell or think you have been exposed to an ill person, please stay home.
2. Face masks MUST be worn by all who are at the sale. Masks must cover the nose and mouth.
3. Social distance of at least 6-ft. should be maintained in the house and in the garage and outside when among others.
4. Hand sanitizer will be available.
5. There is a limit of 5 guests/customers in the house and in the garage.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Only 5 guests/customers allowed in the house and in the garage at all times. If there are 5 customers in the house and in the garage, please wait outside until you are given the OK to enter. Please line up on the driveway maintaining at least a 6-ft distance between you and others. Thank you in advance for your patience.
2. Please park on the street; do not block access to neighborhood driveways or mail boxes.
3. Cash only - items sold as is - all sales final.
4. No pre-sales.
5. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries during the sale.
6. We are not able to assist with moving, hauling or delivering - please make your own arrangements - thanks!
7. Please bring containers and packing material for dishes, glassware and other breakable purchases.
8. NOTE: Furniture pickup will be on Saturday, July 11, 2:00-5:00 pm and Sunday, July 12, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. Arrangements made at time of sale.
