1. Only the CAIT'S® sign-up sheet that WE post will be honored. The physical sign-up sheet will be posted on the front door NO LATER THAN 8 AM each sale day.

2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges. It is your responsibility to inspect all items before purchasing.

3. WE ACCEPT: Cash, Card, Apple Pay and Zelle (3% processing fee applies to all orders paid by card or Apple Pay)

4. We do not provide any details prior to the sale or offer pre-sales.

5. BRING YOUR OWN MUSCLE. Our team is unable to help with moving/loading items.

6. You are purchasing items from the homeowner, not, CAIT'S®. We do not guarantee or warranty any items and are not responsible for any items left behind by customers.

7. WATCH YOUR STEP at all times.

8. NO public restrooms, NO large bags, NO outside food/drinks.

9. Verbal/physical disputes of any kind amongst customers will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any item/customer from a sale in any such instance.

10. We reserve the right to refuse customer entry at our discretion.

11. Due to circumstances beyond our control, such as limited space, multiple sales, and/or an owner's decision not to include a sale item after photos were taken, you may find not all items will be at the sale. To inquire about a specific item, please call the sale phone number listed in the advertisement and/or 708-995-7746 and our team will be happy to confirm availability and pricing.

12. On discount days, some restrictions may apply. We do not retake pictures after the first day so if you are interested in an item on a discount day, you may want to call to confirm an item's availability.

13. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK: You are responsible for any slips, falls, and damage or harm that you may cause to yourself, others, or the property. By entering the grounds, you accept all responsibility and agree to these terms and consent to being photographed/videotaped.
