This sale requires designated parking and staff will be on hand to assist with this.
The sign up sheet for entry into the sale will be with the parking attendant so please sign up with us when you arrive and then we will direct you to the parking area.
Our sign up sheet for entry will be available starting at 11am on Thursday. The sign up sheet will then be available at 7a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Please note there is a 100-yard walk to the house from the parking area.
We accept cash and debit/credit.
Pre-Sale for select furniture items is now available by phone appointment only.
Items included in the pre-sale will have a description and price in the photo.
To take advantage of our furniture pre-sale, please contact us at 708-310-4778 Ext. #5.
Accepting all major credit cards by phone.
Please bring help with you when coming to pick-up furniture (i.e., tools, dolly, people to help you).
Staff will not be available to assist in moving furniture.
First-Come First-Served basis for purchase.
