PRICING: EVERYTHING IS HALF OFF DURING THE FINAL HOUR OF THE SALE
PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Credit Cards. A 3% convenience fee applies for in-person Credit Card purchases or 3.5% for over-the-phone purchases.
ALL SALES FINAL: All items sold as-is. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
FURNITURE DELIVERY: We can coordinate furniture deliveries with Ramirez Movers. Item and address will determine delivery fee.
BRING LOADING HELP: Sale Patrons are responsible to more their own items, large and small, and will be held liable for any damages to the property caused by moving their purchases.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Nest Estate Sales nor the homeowner hosting the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Masks are required by all buyers during pickups. We are not liable for reactions to allergens or Covid-19 transmission and infections. Visit the property at your own discretion. We are not responsible for parking tickets. Welcome back shoppers! We’re kicking off a fabulous Fall season of rehoming with a small but sweet boutique sale in Kenilworth. Highlights include a Crate & Barrel sectional sofa, a set of 6 white Crate & Barrel dining chairs, an ebony game table, a set of 4 ebonized wood & cane-seat chairs, a Weber Sprit Grill, a Baldwin Acrosonic Upright Piano and Lexington bedroom furniture including bed frames, bureaus, desks and nightstands! Sterling silver pieces, mink coats, women's designer clothing (Burberry, Mira Couture, Lilly Pulitzer, etc) and gowns in sizes 4, 6 & 8, books, CDs, DVDs and more round out the mix.
PLEASE NOTE: While they have GREAT MERCHANDISE-MART BONES, a few of the chairs and sofas are in need of re-upholstering. They are identified in the copy of the on-line portfolio and are priced accordingly. We have a dozen plus bolts of fabric available for rehoming during our September 23 & 24 sale that would be a match made in Heaven for those looking for a good Fall project. We can also offer recommendations for inexpensive third-party vendors to help you realize your vision if you aren't a do-it-yourselfer!
Fabrics throughout the house are sourced from Scalamandre, Cowtan & Tout, Jane Churchill, etc.
