This is an Appointment only sale at the present time!!! Please call 708 997 5830 to schedule appt. This will be a cash only based sale. NO CHECKS No Exceptions !!! All items are sold as-is with no guarantees or warranties! All Sales are Final!!! We reserve the right to limit the number of people in the home at the same time due to the large volume of valuable & breakable inventory! No children under 16 & no bags or handbags allowed! Please leave them in your vehicles! Bring Help to Load Large Items,You must provide your own tools, ladders etc to removed items attached. Proper caps must be provides for gas, electric & plumbing if required. Not Responsible for Accidents!!! All large or heavy items can be removed day of payment or can be picked up at a later date with arrangements being made in advance. Everything must be removed in a timely fashion. Deliveries may be an option for additional charge.


This is an Appointment only sale at this time. Client has moved into assistant living & has to give up most of her belongings! The condo & contents are immaculate! Since parking is a problem & the condo association isn't too keen on having swarms of people coming to the sale all at once we are going to try & sell by appointment only. Condo has just been put on the market so what ever is there if it doesn't sell will be transported to our warehouse in Melrose Park in the future. As stated everything appears to be pristine so if you purchase it from the home it is in that condition! Moving it may change condition if not moved professionally to our warehouse.
