Please bring your own movers and moving equipment (dolly, blankets, tape, etc) for your heavy purchases.

Except for Pre-Sales items we do not give out sales prices before the sale. Sheridan 2 honors a single WATCHED list. Numbers are given out 30 minutes prior to the sale start each day. You must be present to receive a number.

Sheridan Estate Sales II, the best estate sale company ever, is back in Lake Forest. This regional sale has been upgraded to the Sale of the Month. A magnificent corner lot large footprint home with all of the trimmings. Upscale everything, this is the best sale by far in Lake Forest, and we should dare say in our region.

Please Note we have special sale hours this week. Lake Forest only allows two day estate sales and we have had to adjust. More information will follow, however, this is a whale. Pre sales will be added on a daily basis, so come back once a day to see what is going on. Sales pictures will also be edited every day, so check back. We will not be able to put up more than a sampling of pictures due to the amount of fantastic items at the home. Be prepared to wait to enter the home. There will be very limited access to the jewelry section. Only two customers allowed at a time. You will have to wait, it’s worth it, but if you like to complain we do have a time out area!
