ENTRANCE: The sign-up sheet will be out by 8 am on Friday, MARCH 24
PRICING: PRICE REDUCTIONS TAKE PLACE DURING THE FINAL TWO HOURS OF THE SALE - EXCEPTIONS APPLY!
PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Credit Cards. A 3% convenience fee applies for in-person Credit Card purchases or 3.5% for over-the-phone purchases.
ALL SALES FINAL: All items sold as-is. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
FURNITURE DELIVERY: We can coordinate furniture deliveries on SATURDAY, MARCH 24 & MONDAY, MARCH 27 with The Ramirez Movers. Item and address will determine delivery fee.
BRING LOADING HELP: Sale Patrons are responsible to more their own items, large and small, and will be held liable for any damages to the property caused by moving their purchases.

Highlights include a pair of mid-century pink swivel chairs, multi-color Murano stemware, a gorgeous vintage 1960s Bilt-Rite Park Avenue Edition Pram, a Federal-style convex mirror, a Baldwin upright piano, natural bamboo flatware and Drexel Heritage furniture. Table linens, sewing supplies, tools, hardware, patio furniture and a John Deere tractor round out the mix. This sale has it all! And, did we mention the wonderful selection of 1950s & 1960s clothing and gowns from brands like Emilio Pucci, Bergdorf Goodman & Lilly Pulitzer?
Many of the case goods are gorgeous as is but would also look FABULOUS if painted. Ask us for resources! Items purchased during our sales are eligible for vendor discounts.
