This is a very clean and pet-free home. Most items are in very good to near new condition!
UPDATE 8.10.12 - Boulder Ridge just informed us that we cannot have our sale on Sunday too. They also won't allow anyone in subdivision before 9am. So, it's Saturday only, 9am to the extended closing hour of 6pm. We're VERY sorry for any inconvenience! We assure you no one is more inconvenienced than us.
VERY IMPORTANT: Sale is in a gated community called Boulder Ridge. You MUST use the Frank Road entrance in order to enter. No one will be allowed in subdivision before 9am Saturday. A map will be given to you upon checking in with gate attendant - they do NOT hand out #s! After we let the first 25 people in the house, we will hand out #s at the home's entrance. Please park with care by parking all the way to curb and do not block any driveways or mailboxes.
