Simply Clear Out is excited to bring you a truly unique estate sale from the home of an 88-year-old woman who saved and cared for a lifetime of belongings. And when we say a lifetime—we mean it! Her children's childhood items were saved, and her children are now in their 60s.
This home is like stepping back in time. There are treasures from several decades tucked throughout the house and garage, with an incredible variety for collectors, decorators, resellers, vintage lovers, book lovers, and anyone who enjoys the thrill of finding something unexpected.
You'll find hundreds of vintage and older books, including children's books, history books, reference books and classics, along with vintage glassware, china, pottery, kitchenware, serving pieces, collectibles and decorative items.
The kitchen is packed with dishes, cups and saucers, vintage glassware, cookware, bakeware, serving pieces, small kitchen items and plenty of fun retro finds.
There is also an assortment of mid-century and vintage furniture, chairs, tables, lamps, shelving, storage pieces and household furnishings.
And don't skip the garage! It's filled with another layer of treasures, including vintage household items, garden tools, planters, baskets, golf clubs, outdoor items, old storage pieces, furniture, kitchen and utility items, and all sorts of miscellaneous finds.
Other highlights include an older Singer sewing machine, vintage children's books, retro kitchen pieces, glassware, ceramics, decorative collectibles, vintage chairs, lamps, garden items, tools and much more.
