-Our prices are FIRM on the first day of the sale. Please don’t ask for discounts on Day 1 – we will have to turn you down.
-We will hold items (while shopping) for purchase only.
-Open boxes welcome. Backpack, large purses and large bags will not be allowed inside the house!
-We will have only a limited number of boxes and wrapping, so please plan on bringing your own supplies for your items purchased.
-Homeowner nor Silver Lining Estate Sales are responsible for any injuries or liabilities outside or inside the home that may occur during the estate sale.
-No strollers allowed. **Small children must be supervised at all times.
-No public bathroom available.
