Please bring your own movers and moving equipment (dolly, blankets, tape, etc) for your heavy purchases.

Sheridan II only posts enough pictures and a list to give you a flavor of our sale. We believe in the hunt!

Except for Buy it Now items we do not give out sales prices before the sale. In most of our sales we offer the furniture as "But it now". We are always open to offers on merchandise. Once you have been informed that your offer on the merchandise has been accepted we will invoice you on our secure register system by email. You must pay this invoice immediately. We do not hold items. If you do not pay the invoice immediately, the merchandise could be sold to another customer.

Sheridan II honors a single WATCHED list. Numbers are given out 30 minutes prior to the sale start each day. You must be present to receive a number.

Sheridan Estate Sales II is in Libertyville!

Sheridan Estate Sales II, the best estate sale company ever, is proud to present this expansive two story home in Libertyville. A great corner lot property. Many estate sale providers were interviewed, and the best was hired.

It has been mentioned to us that the original owner was a lawyer for the mob. A hidden room over the garage, some doors that lead nowhere, who knows what else we will find. There are some remarkable items that we have uncovered. Put your mind back to the turn of the century and you have our spectacular sale. History itself is living here.

On a more personal note

We are happy for her, and sad at the same time, as Tammy will be leaving us for an advancement in her career shortly. Please wish her well when you see her, for the final time this weekend. Well done and good luck Tammy.

The home is filled with stunning merchandise. There is much more to find at the sale. We have not even shown you the three car garage! More pictures will be added as we get the chance. We have run out of time, more to be seen in person.

Friday Update: We had a watched list of 32 people to start our morning! Sales were brisk all day long, but still we have a fine selection of items for sale

Saturday Update: Furniture day! Lots and lots of the furniture made the move out of the home today. still some pieces left for the bargain hunters.
