Sheridan Estate Sales II accepts Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, and Mobile Pay with no minimum. Sheridan II does not guarantee the authenticity or working order of any piece of merchandise we sell. No refunds or exchanges. Everything is sold as is.

Please bring your own movers and moving equipment (dolly, blankets, tape, etc) for your heavy purchases.

Except for Buy it Now items we do not give out sales prices before the sale. In most of our sales we offer the furniture as "But it now". We are always open to offers on merchandise. Once you have been informed that your offer on the merchandise has been accepted we will invoice you on our secure register system by email. You must pay this invoice immediately. We do not hold items. If you do not pay the invoice immediately, the merchandise could be sold to another customer.

Sheridan II honors a single WATCHED list. Numbers are given out 30 minutes prior to the sale start each day. You must be present to receive a number.

Sometimes merchandise is removed from a sale by the clients after they appear in the photographs. Check back frequently to see updated pictures.

Sheridan Estate Sales II is in Libertyville!

EVERYTHING MUST GO SUNDAY!

Sheridan Estate Sales II, the best estate sale company ever, is back in Libertyville. We were awarded the 2019 BEST Estate Liquidator in Wilmette. The City of Highland Park chose Sheridan Estate Sales II to conduct their sale of City assets (a High Honor). This week we are conducting a sale at an original farm house in Libertyville. Originally built in 1912 this farmhouse has had a number of additions, each one adding size and style to the original home. Very interesting to say the least. This is another example of a large footprint upscale home that we are known for. Our friends from Platinum are just south of us this weekend, come and see two ASEL companies within a few miles of each other!

This is our 2nd Annual customer appreciation sale. You know, where we are appreciative of everyone shopping our sales. Yes we are the only company out there that appreciates you shopping with us. With every purchase we will be giving out a sweet treat as a thank you.
