· A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.

· Numbers are given out at 9am Friday & Saturday; you must be present to receive one.

· Friday 30% Off Most Items.

· Saturday 50% Off Most Items.

· This is a Private Sale and we do reserve the right to denying entry to the sale at our discretion.

Directions for our estate sale in Lincolnwood this weekend:

From West Pratt Avenue and North Cicero Avenue in Lincolnwood IL.

Take W Pratt Avenue east to N Keating Avenue.

Turn right (south) on N Keating Avenue & go 3 blocks to 6515.

The house is on the east side of the street.

Please pay attention to posted no parking signs.

Parking is only allowed on the west side of the street.

Please also be respectful of the neighbors and do not block any driveways, sidewalks or park in front of the mail boxes.
