PAYMENT: Cash only
SHOPPING: We ask you to respect the home, respect the neighbor’s property and enjoy your shopping experience. Prices are not disclosed prior to the sale. All sales are final. All items are sold 'as is.'
PARKING: Please park along the street in front of the property and walk down the driveway to the house.
MOVING: Please bring your own help & tools to move your purchases. Not responsible for accidents or injury.
NUMBERS: Numbers will start at 11:30 am on Thursday and 6:30 am Fri-Sat-Sun. We will use a “watch list” sign-up sheet started and maintained by the first person in line.

Everything must go! Come to the house in the woods where there are many treasures! The Estate Sale includes treasures that have been collected over the last 30 plus years. In addition there is Brand New Merchandise from a closed store that has been sitting in boxes for years until now. There is so much in the home that it is impossible to list it all!
