This will be a cash only based sale. NO CHECKS No Exceptions !!! All items are sold as-is with no guarantees or warranties! All Sales are Final!!! We reserve the right to limit the number of people in the store at the same time due to the large volume of valuable & breakable inventory! No children under 16 & no bags or handbags allowed! Please leave them in your vehicles! Bring Help to Load Large Items,You must provide your own tools, ladders etc to removed items attached. Proper caps must be provides for gas, electric & plumbing. Not Responsible for Accidents!!! All large or heavy items can be removed day of payment or can be picked up at a later date with arrangements being made in advance. Everything must be removed by the end of the week. Deliveries may be an option for additional charge.

We have lost our lease & are downsizing and moving to a new location. We will be liquidating a good portion of of estate merchandise through the end of February and are discounting some of our highlighted stock items as well. A lot of prices slashed on items we do NOT want to move! Please keep in mind we are MOVING not closing so everything is NOT reduced!!!! But we will work with you on the stuff that is.  We have a 10,000 square foot warehouse loaded with a ton of hidden treasures. We will be open weekends (Fridays Saturdays & Sundays unless we are doing an auction offsite} and by appointment during the week. We have a dock for easy loading.
